Terms of sale

Scope

These terms apply to professional representation services. An accepted quote and, where needed, a mandate define the fair, dates, staff, languages, deliverables and authority. An online enquiry is not an order or reservation.

Prices and payment

The quote specifies prices, taxes, currency, expenses, deposits and deadlines. No payment is collected on this website. Booths, badges, travel, samples and third-party costs are included only if expressly agreed.

Responsibilities

The client supplies accurate materials, permissions and access on time. FairProxy performs the agreed assignment diligently. Representatives cannot sign, collect payments or bind the client without express authority. Sales and attendance are not guaranteed.

Changes and cancellation

Changes require written agreement. The quote sets postponement, cancellation and committed third-party expense terms. The parties seek an appropriate written solution if performance is prevented.

Confidentiality and data

Non-public information is used for the assignment. Contact sharing and prospecting must comply with applicable rules and individual authorisations.

Disputes

Send complaints to contact@fair-proxy.ma with the assignment reference. The parties first seek an amicable solution. Moroccan law applies subject to mandatory provisions and applicable jurisdiction rules.
